PEARL offers daily rates, weekly rates, monthly rates and also package rates.

Each of the 25 residences comfortably fits anywhere from 4 to 6 people. Every guest room features 1400 sq.ft. (130 sq.m.) of split level accommodations with two (2) bedrooms, two and a half (2 ½) bathrooms, living room with sofa bed, dining area, private laundry room with full size washer and dryer, and state-of-the-art kitchen fitted with a premium appliance package.

Additional Charges and Information

• Condos with 3 or more adults are charged $10/night per adult over the initial 2. The first 2 adults are included in the nightly rate.
• Children until the age of 3 stay FREE.
• All rates are per guest residence basis, quoted in US dollars. These rates are subject to change without prior notice however, rates quoted for confirmed bookings will be honored. A 12 % Service Charge & Government Tax will be added to your bill.
• 4-night minimum stay required over Christmas / New Year's / President's Week period.
• Smoking is permitted only in the outdoor common areas of the hotel.
• No pets are allowed.
• In order to finalize your booking we require a credit card to guarantee the reservation. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, JCB Card and a direct deposit to our bank account. All charges on your credit card statement will appear under: MGDG Capital, N.V.
• Deposit Policy: December 15 to April 15 – A deposit of three nights will be charged at check-in. April 16 to December 14 – A deposit of one night will be charges at check-in.
• Cancellation Information: HIGH-SEASON:Reservations may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival without penalty. (Reservations cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival will be charged a three-night deposit.)LOW-SEASON:Reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival without penalty. (Reservations canceled within 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged a one-night deposit.) * NOTE :A cancellation will not be considered valid until a cancellation number has been received from an Island Outpost representative.
